What better way to solve tech problems then with some tasty banana nut bread by your side.

Banana Nut Bread Recipe
Ingredient Amount Metric Amount Imperial
Butter 112 grams 1/2 cup
Bananas 500 grams 4 each
Whole Eggs 100 grams 2 large
Vanilla Extract 6 grams 1 teaspoon
Light Brown Sugar 175 grams 3/4 cup
Salt 2 grams 1 pinch
Cinnamon 3 grams 1 teaspoon
Nutmeg 0.5 grams 1/2 teaspoon
Walnuts 235 grams 1 cup
All-Purpose Flour 235 grams 1 1/2 cup
Baking Powder 7 grams 2 teaspoon

Instructions: Preheat oven to 325 degrees Fahrenheit (163 degrees Celsius). First, melt the butter until soft but not completely liquid. Smash or puree the bananas. Combine the melted butter, bananas, eggs, and vanilla extract together. Next, in a separate bowl, combine the sugar, salt, cinnamon, and nutmeg. Mix the sugar mixture together so that the spices will not lump up. Combine the sugar mixture to the banana mixture and mix well. The walnut can be kept whole or you can chop them up small. Add the walnuts to the banana mixture.

In a separate bowl combine the all-purpose flour and the baking powder. Be sure that your bowl is large enough before combining the flour to the banana mixture. Slowly stir and fold the flour into the banana mixture and do not over mix. Stop stirring when all of the flour is wet with the banana mixture, but there is no lumps or pockets of dry flour.. If the flour is over mixed it will develop more gluten, which will make the banana bread tough and chewy.

Pour the banana bread mixture into a non-stick loaf pan, or a pan with parchment paper lined on the bottom. Bake the banana bread for 40 minutes or until a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out dry.

When the banana bread is done baking, allow it to cool for 5 to 10 minutes before attempting to remove it from the pan. Enjoy!
